REGISTRATION CONDITIONS AND FEES

Registration and pre-payment
-    You can register your teams by completing the form on the end of this page. By filling out and sending the team registration, you declare that any data provided on the registration form is true and accurate. By registering, you accept all terms and conditions of the participation and regard all provisions as mandatory for yourself and every member of your team.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 10.7.2021

Teams need to transfer 30% of the participation fee (costs of accommodation and participation) as pre-payment by no later than 15.7. 2021

The payment mentioned above (plus the costs of any additionally ordered optional services) has to arrive to our bank-account by no later than 7.8.2021.

In case of any unsettled payments, registration of the team is denied, and the team will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

ENTRY FEE AMOUNT FOR TEAMS THAT WILL BE USING ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED BY THE OFFICIAL ORGANIZER OF THE TOURNAMENT
-    120€ for all registrations received before 10.5.2021
-    150€ for all registrations received before 10.6.2021
-    180€ for all registrations received after   1.7.2021

PARTICIPATION FEE AMOUNT FOR TEAMS THAT WILL USE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION
-    500€ For all teams that would like to participate on the tournament using their own accommodation.
In this case sent us and e-mail, as we need to confirm your registration.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

FREE CANCEATION before 1.7.2021

For cancellations after 1.7.2021 you will be refunded 50% of the total amount already paid.

For cancellations after 1st August 2021 no refunds can be issued
